PROGETTO FUOCO:<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>FROM PIEMMETI TO VERONAFIERE<\/strong><\/p>\n

In recent weeks, the merger by incorporation of<\/strong> Piemmeti SpA – a company 100% owned by Veronafiere – into the parent company Veronafiere SpA,<\/strong> which was resolved last December by the Shareholder’s Meeting of Veronafiere, is being completed.<\/p>\n

This operation is part of the rationalization plan of the companies of the Veronafiere Group, and the new governance structure of Veronafiere with the entry of two new management figures who will operate in close contact with the CEO Maurizio Danese.
\nOne of this is Raul Barbieri, who assumes the position of Sales Director of Veronafiere and retains the role of Director of Progetto Fuoco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Progetto Fuoco thus enters the bouwuet of Veronafiere’s leading events<\/strong>, alongside Vinitaly, Marmomac, Fieragricola, Samoter and Fieracavalli just to mention a few, true engines of the economy of the sectors they represent.<\/p>\n

The incorporation of Piemmeti into the parent company Veronafiere guarantees further legitimization and a new centrality for these events that will thus be able to offer better services for exhibitors and visitors, pursue international development with more vigour and intensify dialogue with Government and Institutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the organization of 2024 edition<\/strong> continues at full speed: this is the staff available to exhibitors and visitors for any information on the event.
