MCZ – Sahara

MCZ Group has always been one of the Italian brands in the sector that have stood out for their attention to design. In fact, the first important recognition dates back to 2011, the IF Design Award obtained with the Toba pellet stove. Recently he started three collaborations with as many international design brands: Patricia Urquiola, Paola Navone and Michael Geldmacher.

Paola Navone, who created the Sahara fireplace cladding, was impressed by the company’s “savoir faire”: “MCZ’s special ability to combine the poetry of the domestic fireplace, the energy of fire and the highest level of technological performance is the strength from which we started. Everything else came by itself. “

Paola Navone designed the coating called Sahara, to be combined with the Vivo 90 fireplace available for both wood and pellet combustion. The use of zellije, a natural ceramic modeled by hand from Morocco makes the coating poetic and decorative

Careful aesthetics, therefore, but without forgetting yields and efficiency.
